Twister M&F Carson Toddler Shoes

Shoes - Brown Weave size 3 Unisex The lace on the left has a thread that has started a weird unravel spiral. The spiral unravel could probably be fixed with tightening and heat (maybe)? Or maybe you can buy a new pair of laces if you require. I believe the shoes were worn maybe twice they're in very nice almost new condition.
