Twilight blue formal gown (Mother of the bride)

Never worn outside of trying on, my mom bought this to wear for my wedding but ultimately went with a cultural dress instead. I posted photos of her wearing it, she is 5 feet tall for reference. The dress has intricate beading on top, the skirt has two layers, a silky inner layer and a chiffon like top layer. It has a mesh sleeve with beading and a back zipper that goes all the way down to the waist for easy removal. Dress is from Camilla La Vie store, they don’t allow returns so we are reselling it.
