Twenty One Plum Batwing Blouse

Satiny soft dressy blouse for any occasion. Multi colored sequins in leaf pattern along the nape. Batwing sleeve on the left arm, satin drawstring at the waist. I wore this once to a fancy dinner with velvet dress pants. It would also look really cute dressed down with funky jeans and heels. I love this blouse. Spring cleaning deal!
