Twenty One Lg Green Scoop Neck Shirt Dress NWT (no belt)

From the original listing: NWT Twenty One by Forever 21 - large green scoop neck shirt dress. Dress had a ruffle going down it on both sides. This shirt dress came with a belt but it is missing so I added one to show what it would look like. 4th picture shows how the dress in front clearly has cut outs for a belt. Belt pictured does not come with dress. Not heavy fabric & probably fits a M better Measurements are taken while laying flat and are approximate: Armpit to armpit 17" with stretch available Length 35"
