Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent Skirt. Vibrant colors with gorgeous aztec print. Skirt is pleated with a flare. Size 4. Approximate measurements waist 28, length 18 in. Has a hidden side zipper in working condition as shown in picture. There is a small flaw by the button- the hole is a little stretched but can probably be easily tacked. Shown in last 2 pictures.
