Tween black formal dress

The dress is labeled large (around a girl's size 12) Measurements: Chest: 15” Waist: 13” Hips: 16” Length from armpit to hem: 26” The dress is made out of stretchy material, the skirt has pleating and a small vent in the back, and the bodice of the dress has this cute glittery-silver pinstripe pattern.
