Really cute party dress by the brand Pinky. Size is 16. Silver sequin top and fuchsia flare bottom. Bottom has tulle on the outside and also a strip on the inside to give the dress more pouf. Ties on the sides to cinch in the back. Velvet trim bow separates top and bottom. Worn once for a holiday and is in EUC.
