@julie__h7544 Hi, so sorry for the delay. The jacket is a soft material with some stretch in it. It is 35 inches from shoulder to the bottom when it is off. It is in good condition, with only some slight pulling because of the wool fabric. Fabric is listed as acrylic, wool and nylon. Let me know is you have any other questions!
