dromanow @mrheem hey Tyler. Yes the pants are finished on the bottom. As for a size 36 fitting in these you could easily have a tailor trim them down. It’s very easy. I also have another tuxedo that’s a size 36 take a peek at that one you won’t have to go to the tailor but I’ll give you a good deal on either one 👍🏻😁
