@1nichole_true Yes! The Material is pretty stretchy and can fit a variety of waist/bust sizes, but just to offer a general idea: my waist and bust are 24 and 36 inches respectively, my sister (who also wore the same size) has 20 and 30, and my friend who wore this costume has a 26 waist and 33 bust. Hope this helps!
