Tutu Costume Outfit

I needed this outfit for one event, now I’d like to get rid of it. It has been worn once. This is for the shirt & skirt. The skirt is a custom made full tutu skirt. It will fit almost anyone. It has a section on each side that can be let out to make it bigger. But, for reference, I’m 5 feet, 130 pounds and it fit me.
