Tutu (4) Disney Theme Sparkles Yellow & Red Roses - Belle - Beauty and the Beast

These totally adjustable waist tutus were handmade and worn once for The Disney Princess Half Marathon and are a nod to Belle as they are a shimmering yellow tulle with little silky red rosebuds throughout. They are an elastic waist that is tied to fit. Length of them untied and unstretched is two at 40”, one at 45” and 1 at 50”. Could be fit to children, too! In EXCELLENT CONDITION!!
