Tutta Bella Navy Blue and Pink Blouse with Floral Design

This blouse features a striking combination of a navy blue background and a pink and white floral design. It is lightweight, stretchy material 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It is a sleeveless wash and wear top with white lace accent across front of shoulder and a tie in the front. Can be worn to the office with slacks or to lunch with capris.
