This is Polo or Polo by Ralph Lauren or one of those Polos. The Polo tags have come off. Putting on and taking off a turtleneck is the reason. I distinctly remember buying it at an after-Christmas sale at Saks. I only began wearing it last year because the cashmere is so soft it doesn't bother my skin. I'm not a big turtleneck fan, but this color, this unique shade of blue is terrific. The late, great comedian, Mitch Hedgeberg, said wearing a turtleneck is like being strangled all day by a really weak person.
