Turquoise Overshirt or Shacket

Fabulous over shirt or jacket with 3/4 length sleeve would look great over shorts, leggings or narrow leg pants/capris. nautical gold embroidered shell on pocket matches the buttons. In great condition but the 2 top buttons are missing ( don’t really need them) Decent sized Shoulder pads give more structure and an 80s feel.
