Turquoise tie-dye dress

Great three-season little dress with cute ruffled flounce and 3/4 sleeves. Wear with sneakers, boots or sandals. Tag says XL, but it is 100% cotton and has shrunken a bit due to washing/drying, would better fit a M/L. Subtle shades of turquoise with peachy accents. 36” in length. EUC.
