Turquoise necklace and earrings

Turquoise color (I make no claims on real turquoise as idk) and silver ( I don’t see a 925 stamp) color necklace purchased at an estate sale so I have little to no knowledge on the history or manufacturing details. The original owner was an artisan and I do believe this to be handmade (superbly) Unique one of a kind, there’s tons of detail throughout the piece. I’ve been unsuccessful in finding a comparative one. Necklace includes the earrings.
