Turquoise halter dress with criss-cross backing

Turquoise halter dress with ruffles along top criss-cross backing (ruffle in back too). Back is lower cut with ruffle detail and has a zipper and hook-n-eye closure. Skirt has slip underneath and is multi-length. Only worn once. Few, very small snags on skirt part.
