Turquoise dress. Small

I purchased this dress from a boutique for my birthday party but found a pink dress instead (which is my favorite color). This dress is new. Never worn. Paid 70 for it but will sell for way lower being I do not know how the tag came off. Lol the plastic to the tag is still on though. Weird right. Lol it can be worn to hang off shoulder as well. Fits to shape and makes your butt look bigger than what it is. Cute for a girls night out or a dinner date.
