Turquoise chiffon blouse

Blue shear blouse with white polka dots on it. It has the button up sleeves on the arms, that can also be unraveled to make into long sleeves. Was a gift from my mom but doesn't look right on my body type lol. In new condition still. No wear and tear at all either.
