Turquoise blue tulle skirt

NWOT✨✨ This gorgeous skirt has two layers of tulle with a silky fabric underneath. The top layer of tulle has silver glitter sparkle starting about half way down and surrounding the entire bottom of the skirt. The waistband has a fun sparkly and bright dark blue stripe and an elastic waistband. Although this is a size 14/16 in children’s it can fit an adult small. It would be midi length for adults and this was actually purchased for my older daughter when she was in college (adult maxi skirts are always too long on her)… unfortunately she never got the chance to wear this beautiful skirt because plans had changed. This skirt is brand ✨NEW✨ without the tags and has never been worn or washed.
