Turquoise, anchor, sequins, summer, racer-back dress NWT

This "Perfect for summer" dress is a bright turquoise with white and navy blue anchors. Lace racer-back, sleeveless, comes just above the knee. 4 of the anchors on the front have subtle, feminine sequins. The label size says one size, but it's a very light stretchy material, so I say will fit nicely 8-12. NWT, although I know there's not a lot of info on the tag. I purchased at a boutique on Catalina Island.
