Turquoise Tart brand halter maxi dress

I am selling a beautiful, gorgeous, amazing halter dress from the brand Tart. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for it and only had the opportunity to wear it once! The color is between a seagreen and turquoise. I am 5'3 and this dress is a full maxi dress with some room to spare. The halter portion of the dress has beautiful gold beading. It's really a beautiful dress!
