Down East Basic turquoise lined skirt with red black and white designs, and a zipper. Tag is present but faded. Size is unreadable, but brand name is lightly readable in direct light. unable to read fabric. Outside feels like a soft cotton. Lining feels like white rayon/ polyester type fabric.
