Turquoise Peacock Feather Velvet Halter Top With Beading and Sequins NWOT

This adorable halter top has never been worn. It is a crushed velvet made of 30% silk and 70% rayon and is dry clean only. There is plenty of beading and beaded fringe along the bottom giving it movement. It does not have a size tag on it. I am a size small/ small B cup and it is a little bit big on me.
