Turquoise Maxi Dress, Tiered Skirt, Halter/Strappy Top, Perfect for Summer ☀️

This Medium Forever 21 dress is so fun! It is breathable and cool on hot summer days and is the perfect turquoise for summer. It is lined within the first tier of the dress, has a criss-cross halter strap design that ties in the back, and has a zipper on one side. I have never worn it (I own wayyy too many dresses, y’all), so I figure someone else should get to wear it :) I am 5’ 9” for reference.
