🌺Turquoise Halter Beach Dress - Size Below - FREE

Long bright aqua dress features elastic top with adjustable ribbon that can be tied around the neck halter-style, or tied in the front for a sleeveless (tube top) look. This dress was purchased on a cruise as a "one size fits all" bathing suit coverup. I'm generally size small (5'4"/120 lbs) and it touches my feet and still has plenty of stretch (see pic 6), so I imagine it would best fit women size medium.
