Turquoise Blue Prabal Gurung Dress

First this is a turquoise dress in color I have no idea why it reads this blue but it true to color in picture 8 and 11. It is the same color as real turquoise. Brand New never worn. Not even tried on. Size 16 and this designer gets it. It is true to size with amazing details. I love the buttons and the arms and the slit can be opened more if needed.
