Turkish manual grinder

I was not sure exactly what this manual grinder was when I found it, but I thought it was beautiful. It has a distressed gold look and Turkish looking details. The manual handle detached from the body, as well as the bottom compartment. I am not sure of the year or brand, but it appears to be vintage.
