Tuno's 3-tier black petticoat maxi skirt cotton sheer OSFM drawstring waist

Tuno's 3-tier black petticoat maxi skirt one size fits most probably a vintage petticoat skirt, i bought it a couple decades or so ago to wear as a swim cover very gauzy thin material, semi-sheer no size tag if there is elastic in the waist it is no longer stretchy drawstring closure, if needed Pre-loved and Repaired; decent vintage condition. very well loved. lots of hanging threads and worn areas in the fabric. i kept finding more while photographing, see pics. it's been sitting in my sewing pile for at least the last decade. i finally fixed the ripped seams; reinforced the seams on all three tiers. would still be a great petticoat to flare out those long twirly skirts, or a casual beach cover-up 100% Cotton hand wash (but has definitely been thru my machines) approximate measurements taken while laying flat: wasit 19" length 34" (see pics) questions? please ask!
