Tunic style upscale shirt

Blouse/ tunic/ shawl idk what this style is called exactly but lmk if you do! I know it is upscale/ high end I bought it for an interview! My name tag is covering the tag and it’s iron on so I can’t remove it, but it was either bought at Vince, madewell, BCBG, Nordstrom or something like that. Priced accordingly for not remembering lol.
