Tunic on or off the shoulder

Beautiful sheer tunic with black lining in the body (not on the sleeves) Gathered below the breast line. Elastic all around the top so can be worn on or off the shoulder. Long sleeves with elastic on the ends. Tags are missing but it is a 2X.
