Tunic dress

Blue tunic style dress with small white polka dots and rolled sleeves. It also has pockets! The back hem is a little longer than the front to better accommodate your booty. Worn twice. Size x-small but fits like a small. I don’t remember but I think I originally bought this from Francesca’s.
