develyn18 @kateflynn942 to be honest I’ve never personally used the shorts; I do wear the leggings (same concept) to the gym daily even before pregnancy and they would never roll down. If they do roll down I think they are too small and you should get a bigger size .

develyn18 @kateflynn942 in my opinion they run true to size; if you’re in between sizes I do always suggest sizing up. For reference, these are active shorts so they have great stretch, they will seem or look small out the bag but they are made for tight compression so once you put them on they give you a skin tight compression . Before pregnancy I was 145lbs used Medium leggings, pregnant I’m now 160 wearing Large comfortably. Even if you size up you’ll still get a tight stomach compression.
