What are the measurements of the bag? Is there a laptop sleeve or does it just fir in the center? And what are the straps on the front for?

@moodle88 there is a laptop sleeve, but it doesn’t go all the way up it’s halfway. The straps are to carry something bigger on the exterior. It can be strapped in. 13.5 in
