jlropas @elle_christian Hi - in the 2nd to last pic…is the cord to pull the hood tighter ripping? And in the last pic is that white spot a stain? Also, is this from a smoke & pet free home? Thank you!

elle_christian @jlropas hi yes you are correct on both accounts I just pulled the jacket out of the closet and the pull cord is loose and there is a tiny spot but definitely harder to see when not zoomed in. Yes from a smoke free home but we do have 2 labs. Thanks

jlropas @elle_christian thank you for the fast reply & clarifying! I’m allergic to cats…but a home with dogs is fine :). I feel ok with the pull cord being loose…just want to make sure the hood can still stay up on your head?

elle_christian @jlropas yes sorry I just went and tried it. It does stay up and the cord works fine it seems like the one cord it's not ripped but twisted in a few spots but works as it should.
