Tulle tan and white seersucker jacket sz women’s S

EUC Tulle tan and white seersucker button up light coat. It says XL but it must be a kids XL. It’s like a S women’s. My mannequin is a size 6 and it fits it and me perfectly. I’m listing as a S women’s. Please go by measurements to be certain of fit however. Not flaws found. Has front pockets. Not lined. Measurements are under arms across chest 19”, arm length is 23”, across back shoulders 16” and overall length is 28”
