Does the dress run small? I'm usually a size S or M (6-8) depending on the fit.

Hi! I don't believe it is smaller than a usual size small. However, something to consider is the bust/rib cage area. I'm a 34B and it fits just right. Smaller bust area would fit well, too. Larger may be a bit snug (not according to cub size, but the size of your rib cage).
