OMG awesome! This tulle petticoat is perfect for underneath a costume or to give your prom/homecoming dress some extra oomph! 2 layers of fluffy black tulle 1 size fits most- extra stretchy!! I searched through all the tulle and there are a few minute snags but nothing severe or noticeable!!
