Tulle floral dress M/L NWTs

Beautiful navy blue dress from Tulle. Teal and purple floral print. Side zipper. Size is L, but definitely fits like a smaller M. Armpit to armpit 19”, waist side to side 15” and length 33”. Tried on, but never worn
