lalutt05 @kristinlexus88 for this brand it’s typically 12-14 for large. However there’s plenty of room in the skirt and the waistband is very stretchy (you can’t go wrong with sizing down or staying TTS). Let me know if you’d like me to measure it :)

lalutt05 @kristinlexus88 yes, I will post them here in a second. I don’t have a medium in stock but I have a large and a small. Depending on where you want it to sit on your torso the small may work. The elastic waist on the small is about 25.5” without stretching it. And the large is about 29” without stretching the elastic. Seams are on the side and there is a polyester lining under the tulle! The small is about 28” long. Check back in a few minutes for additional photos in the listing!
