mercy_alana Hey is the fabric stretchy? Im usually a medium in dresses but have to take into account the fabric, if it’s stretchy a small would probably be better what would you suggest?

minkaandco @mercy_alana I believe I have the measurements... but I was just going to bed I have a early morning tomorrow. it's midnight here. but I do have measurements... the material isn't that stretchy.. the liner is but the tulle overlay isn't but I usually wear a small and the small did fit but it was too short. do you mind if I let you know in the morning?
