This vintage faux wrap top dress has a true tulip wrap skirt. It is stitched in place, but is a wrap. Pleated front flows along the curves of the top wrap and adds a lovely shape to the body. This dress is missing a belt, but from what I have seen, a ribbon belt would look just right. Or cut off the belt loops and wear as is. This is a gorgeous dress for your holiday parties.
