Tulip Cotten Striped Dress XS

Beautiful 100% Cotten dress by Tulip in XS. This runs true to size. The fabric is so comfortable and lightweight for summer. It is a bubble style dress with pockets on each side. The length is 41”. All other measurements are in the photos. The colors mimic a French style of light red, wedgewood blue and white. It’s from two seasons ago but I never wore it as it was a bit snug for me. It’s in excellent condition. Smoke free home with cutest yorkie ever!
