Has 1 elastic closure band and 4 elastic inside bands that hold 4 medium inserts w/1 pocket on right and 3 pockets on left with a pen holder. You also get an extra medium Yellow Plaid front Zip Off Cover, 1 pack of tab stickers and 1 pack of Planner Stickers and 1 Bill's and Budget medium Insert.
