Tularosa Brinley Dress

Tularosa Striped, off the shoulder, tie front XS Dress. The stripes are comprised of tiny red dots that when overlayed over the white strips create the illusion of it being pink from afar. Super cute with tie front! I just don't wear it enough to justify keeping in my closet. only worn and washed once so far.
