What's the pit to pit measurement, and measurement accross the back? And does it have any stretch in the back?

I ordered this dress from another seller, and tomorrow is 7 days, so Posh says I cannot cancel the other order till friday.I could see if there was an emergency, but these sellers who never ship are rude.And they have logged into Posh too, so they know.

I ordered a dress in June, and never got it, so I messaged the seller, and nicely asked why, and she blocked me.Right now I have 2 items that were both ordered the 20th, but I won't dare ask why they haven't cancelled if they cannot ship, ridiculous.Why get so offended, just be honest.And I'm on disability, and really kind of poor.I know they don't know that, but still, be kind.
