Every Tuesday at 9:30am EST! 💃💪🏻💃💪🏻💃💪🏻💃💪🏻 Hi ! My name is Diana and I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and dancer! I am excited to bring live workouts to poshland! Please read disclaimer before participating in this workout show! This show will be a live workout followed by a mix of Free People, Lululemon and other great workout clothes and gear! All levels welcome to workout! No equipment needed to participate in this home virtual workout, but if you would like to level up feel free to add the weights! Optional bands and mats sold during show. Please hydrate during workout and take breaks when needed! This is a free class to anyone and does not require purchases to join. Please be responsible and listen to your body… I want everyone to have fun and be safe! Watch your body change every week and take pictures to track progress!
