Welcome everyone, both in US and Canada to a unique share group. I started in November for people that love to make jewelry, knit, crochet, paint, make bath essentials, sew, and more.
I believe that handmade items have a place on Poshmark and an even stronger future.
With Covid separating us from each other, and our beloved craft shows. I plan to develop a community where we share listings, motivation, creativity and discuss a daily topic.

I've let a friend (thats on Poshmark) know the importance of sharing... she doesn't get it.... and her closet shows. She doesn't get sales or likes. 🤷♀️

Sharing closets is how we get more exposure. Most poshers try to return my shares, therefore necessitating them looking at my closet. Voila! Its not rocket science. The more I share, the more "likes" I get, and that provides opportunities for me to send them an offer. I truly feel its one of the basic principles of successful poshing - we help each other by sharing.

There was a post in a facebook group that I saw this morning where someone new asked if it was important to share others items. She was told by some it was a waste of time, to focus on listing and sharing her own closet. I of course responded that I totally disagreed that it was a waste if time.

Wow! Poshmark is all about sharing. The exchange between Closets is what sets us apart from just an algorithm or search program. I can definitely tell a difference between when I get busy at home and ignore my Closet and when I interact by sharing. In fact, having the opportunity to share is one of the reasons I came here and one of the reasons I stay here.

@pdufault120 Agree with all you said Patti!! Along with what others have already mentioned.💖😁 Sharing is caring on Poshmark. I find most are eager to return the Posh love with their share backs. I love how there's so many active Poshers...I think it's what helps Poshmark stand out, more of a community feel. Especially this awesome group! 💖💕🎨I've missed this group!! Sorry I've had to step out for a bit recently. We had our 1st pop up this past weekend at a local farmer's market.

I agree with all that’s been said! On Poshmark it’s the secret of success! I didn’t sell anything till I started Sharing! Truth!!! When I was selling on Etsy there was no Sharing -nothing happened unless someone stumbled by or the powers that be decided to promote me! I’m so glad I’m here and I love sharing 🙋🏼♀️🌟🌟🌟

So it was a great feeling. We made 10 sales & gave out a whole stack of our cards!! I even added a QR code label that links right to our shop!and a label that says Save $10 on your 1st PM purchase... to the back of our business cards. Looking forward to booking our next one soon!!😃🌈🌞💐💖💕🎨🐾😁

I saw the group's topic the other day about having more categories & I never thought about that before!! I had listed everything under Home pretty much until recently. Always learning new things here in this awesome group!!😁🎨💖💕

@sarahmalekyar I think kids is a great category for the little animals, teddy bears, etc you make.
I agree, sharing is key. There's a saying you may recognize: "It works if you work it." I hustled during the month of March and had 80+ sales... then took it easy in April and was no where close to that. Sharing is part of that work. 😊
