NWT Tucker NYC Tie Neck party blouse in Julia's song print. Lovely spring print blouse with a tie neck, button cuffed sleeves and elastic waist. Very feminine, can be tucked in like the model or worn out. Light and airy silk cotton fabric. Please note, tag size is med but fit is much looser like a large. l love the print but am reposhing as it's too large for me.
